I love everything about this coffee shop! Sister Bean Mocha substitute with oat milk is my fav! The choices are endless! A true gem of the South End! My furbaby gives the PupCup 2 paws up!

I come here weekly and honestly it’s the best coffee i’ve ever had, soooo much better than starbucks or even 7 brew. Great price. I love asking for a random iced coffee and giving the baristas that creative freedom. They say the pastries are from local businesses and they are great as well. Staff has always been friendly, i love coming here each week

I love the setup in this shoppe, the lighting and cozy table settings are comforting. Coffee served here is famous in our little corner of the world. Nestled close to Iroquois Park, the location is prime for coffee dates and friend-outings alike. The “Sister Bean Mocha” is a crowd pleaser with a delicious white chocolate, caramel drizzle, married to a even espresso . It can be served hot, iced, or frozen, but my personal preference is the frozen version. I often order this or the vanilla latte with a glorious morning muffin. Pat, the owner, is very good to his staff and I know deeply cares for his customers and business as he takes the time to be intentional in conversations with patrons. When he’s not busy with his coffee house, Pat can be found caring for ministry needs at his local church. The baristas employed here are long term students or workers and the consistency does much for the quality of service that The Well has to offer. Love.

These people are super friendly with a willingness to help you and make sure you are satisfied with your drink and good. I love going here! Their drinks are amazing! They will fix you just about anything you can think of!!! ❤️

Super polite service and great drinks! I got the frozen gingerbread latte and he got the cherry red bull infusion with cold foam. Mine was super creamy and both were delicious!

Honestly, I love this place so much. Every time I visit, I try something new, and it’s always delicious — both the pastries and drinks are beautifully made. The employees are super friendly and have amazing taste in music. The vibe here is warm, cozy, and just really inviting. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re seriously missing out!!!

My husband and I have been coming to this place for years. I remember when it was Sister Beans in front of the old skating rink. I was nervous when I heard that The Well was taking over. I will say I'm pleased that they kept the frozen sister beans as it's been a staple in our lives for years. Thank you for being a nostalgic place for the community . NOW if we could just get one of these in Shepherdsville. That's where we live and drive from. It's worth it!

The drinks here are always good and the service is always nice! I'm happy that cookie dough flavor seems to be available all the time now; we've made specific visits just to get it in the past.
